This inescapable speciality of Nice has spread little by little throughout Provence. We make the following two versions, always using a bread dough base.

The first is traditional: with a generous topping of onions fried in olive oil, anchovies, anchovy paste and black olives.

The second is the original version: all the topping is blended and gives our pissaladière a new look without losing any of the flavours of the original recipe.

Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat up for 10 minutes at 180°C.
